Pretty fast! You can consult with a provider within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) via chat, phone, or video call in our secure app, Spruce. So if you submit intake on a Friday or over the weekend, you'll hear back early in the upcoming week.

From there, your shipment will arrive within another 3-5 business days via priority shipping, or you can upgrade to next day shipping which arrives in 1-2 business days.
