I definitely do recommend Hey Jane for its privacy and urgency. Signing up was fairly easy and my medication was here within 3 days. Throughout the process the care team made sure to reach out multiple times. The ONLY issue I had, if you can even call it that, was that my health insurance was not accepted so I had to pay out of pocket. There are financial aid options but I did not qualify for those. But, overall it was relatively affordable, probably more so than an in person office.
