Hey Jane gave me the opportunity to make my own decision. How I chose to govern my own body was my choice, and Jane gave me the opportunity to do so. I have two daughters to take care of, I am not as young as I used to be, and I am currently unemployed. I made the conscious decision to end my pregnancy, and not spread myself any thinner than I needed to be. And I am forever grateful to Jane for the opportunity to do so.

Using Hey Jane for a medication abortion was an all around positive and extremely convenient experience. The whole process feels very private and safe. Everything went smoothly for me! I will say, there is more peace of mind and security when choosing an in person clinic due to the extra care they are able to provide. But, Hey Jane was definitely more cost effective, private, and convenient. No complaints!

Great because they accepted my insurance; not great because communication surrounding how long it would take for me to get abortion pills was incredibly vague and responses to those inquiries lagged tremendously. Also, no in-person health care provider would let me get an IUD to prevent pregnancy until I tested negative (which took one month) because they did not trust Telehealth abortion providers. Still super worth using this service if you’re okay with the wait, communication level, and not in urgent need of birth control from an in-person provider; saved me $600.

Overall was easy to use, I didn’t use the zofran or ibuprofen, mainly because I used stronger ibuprofen at home. I wish I did absolutely nothing the second day and I wish I wasn’t alone because getting up was hard, but it was a great experience to go through alone.
