Hey Jane is wonderful for people who are pro choice and want the convenience of doing everything right from home. The response time is great and they provide ALL the information you can think of regarding abortion, birth control, and a few other topics.

Hey Jane made everything so easy. The app and follow up messages made me feel like they actually cared.

Everything was clear and easy to follow, and they answered all my questions completely and thoroughly which made me feel way less nervous going into this process, which is a nerve wracking one! I felt comfortable and knowledgeable all because of them!

It’s easy to use and painless, everything is shipped right to your door fast. There’s help the whole way while they are treating you and you can have as much or as little help as you want. They also send you encouraging messages and little reminders that’s it’s all going to be okay.

This is my second time using Hey Jane. I never feel stigmatized, and have grown to love the community that I’m a part of being a woman who’s had an abortion. Hey Jane is safe, discreet, attentive, and provides so many resources whether this is your first abortion or your fifth. Instructions were always clear and questions always answered. I feel lucky to live at a time when this service exists and to be in a space where women can feel safe to make choices for themselves.

Experience with Hey Jane was much easier then I expected. It's private in your own home. The support system is wonderful. And the thoroughness of your medical history and possible conception date was wonderful.

I had a good experience, minus feeling like I wasn't cared for when I had extremely heavy and extended bleeding. I was pretty close to needing a blood transfusion, and they told me not to take my regular meds for when I have heavy bleeding. They told me to take taking Ibuprofen. I had to follow up with my regular dr's for care, extra labs & an ultrasound. My PCP told me I could've been taking my regular meds as they give them to birthing mothers. If hey jane told me that, I would've saved lots of time and money. I feel their lack of knowledge defeated the purpose of going through hey jane, and increased my overall cost.

Abortion is never an easy decision and if I had to do it again I would chose heyJane, they were discreet but also followed up and kept you informed as what to expect before, during and after. They have a support forum of women experiencing the same and they do not shame you for your decision. I really felt supported and not alone in this.

Discreet and extremely fast with amazing customer service

Extremely convenient, although somewhat expensive for me despite the sliding scale. It was wonderful to be in my own home and able to tailor the timing of the experience to my particular needs.

Hey Jane is really a kind community of people who genuinely want to help. The prices are affordable and there’s people always around to answer any questions you might have. Hey Jane is very supportive of any situation and makes that very known. I felt very taken care of and comfortable doing an abortion with them and every instruction was laid out carefully for me to understand. And the treatment worked no problem and even after it’s done they’re still here if I need any advise. Highly recommend and appreciate Hey Jane!

I felt supported the whole time. The only difficulty was the waiting period to have my insurance accepted so I just paid out of pocket to get the process started.

I’m married with two children and among many of you, found it extremely difficult to decide on whether to carry out an unplanned pregnancy or to terminate. My husband and I chose that it was best for everyone that we follow through with termination due to our fortune of catching it at 3wks, before it could progress into anything past cells. Hey Jane made this process incredibly seamless. I didn’t need to even do a telehealth call; my guilt was kept at a minimum and I was quickly sent everything I needed to carry out the termination. I am thankful we I am able to make this choice in my state and thankful to Hey Jane for being an exceptional provider in empowering choice in women’s reproductive health. I will support them and highly recommend using their services if you have chosen to make what I personally know is one of the hardest decisions of your life.
