I was able to get my medication quickly and Hey Jane walked me through the process. I never felt like I was doing it alone

It was perfect. The only thing I did have to do was set up a video call for insurance reasons but that went smoothly.

I was able to use my insurance and get an answer quickly about whether I would be covered and by how much, so the experience was great for me.

My insurance only covered some of the cost but it would likely cost more to go elsewhere. It was nice there was a team contacting my insurance company and then I could pay directly through Hey Jane.
