Hey Jane was exactly what I was told it would be. My experience was great, staff was very helpful, caring and informative. They were always quick to answer my questions and the information they give is very accurate to the experience.

The process was easy and private. I do wish there was someone to help with after hour questions. Besides that I would definitely recommend to others.

Hey Jane is amazing. Medical providers give detailed instructions and directions for everything and respond to all questions in a very timely manner. When my package arrived they had sent me extra pills (which was convenient because I needed them due to the fact I didn’t react well the first time) along with painkillers and nausea meds. Service was efficient all providers were caring and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!!

Im glad that I went with this treatment. I had gotten a surgical abortion from planned parenthood in the past and prefer the HeyJane treatment over that. It is far less intrusive and the recovery period is almost instant. Although the cramps were really strong, it was not a pain that I haven't experienced before. I would compare it to really strong menstrual cramps. An abortion will always be n uncomfortable experience, but I believe this is the best way. The information that is given for the treatment covers all concerns and there is always a doctor/nurse available to answer any further questions or concerns you may have. I ultimately felt safe throughout the entire treatment and loved the discreetness and ease of access to it. Would definitely recommend.

Hey Jane was an absolutely necessary resource for me. I am a single mother who experienced a pregnancy unfortunately due to failure of birth control after perfect use. My only options for services similar to Hey Jane in my county were Planned Parenthood, which has been overwhelmed by demand. Hey Jane is the reason I did not have to go through additional weeks of pregnancy related illness because I was able to receive the care I needed in a timely manner to be able to continue my life and take care of my son. I am so grateful for this service and recommend it highly.

I had a completely positive experience using Hey Jane for my healthcare. The medicine came quickly and I was happily surprised that it came with Zofran and Ibuprofen for side-affects. Everything worked and happened as described. It’s weird calling healthcare a privilege, but it was. I was very aware that this was a privilege that I could order my healthcare from my phone while some people are struggling to find these resources at all. I hope everyone can be this fortunate to have the help when they need it.

It worked it was very private. They are very supportive. Basically, this gets the job done without letting people know unless you have complications.
