I filled out the Hey Jane survey over Labor Day Weekend and received responses much faster than anticipated given it was a long weekend. The consultation was straightforward and the practitioner was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was zero judgment. My medication was delivered a few days later and the follow up via Spruce app was very helpful in navigating the days after I took the medication. I also used Hey Jane to fill my birth control prescription and that was seamless. Overall, bummed I had to experience this process but Hey Jane made it as easy as possible and I will absolutely recommend to anyone else in this difficult position.
