Hey Jane team members are some of the kindest, most informative individuals on the planet. They were supportive throughout my medication and provided quick and comforting support whenever I needed. I recommend Hey Jane to anyone and everyone.

This service is so important. Anonymity can be a barrier to reproductive health because of a pervasive culture of shame and stigma, but Hey Jane completely negates that: it was just me, whomever I chose to tell, and a team of healthcare providers and general support who never even saw my face. It was also a third of the cost of my local Planned Parenthood. I'm so thankful my partner stumbled across this service :)

HeyJane has provided a convenient and affordable treatment to my need. Not only were representatives prompt in assisting with my questions and concerns, but I was provided thorough instructions for my plan of treatment without leaving my home. Preparing patients for the emotional trauma of having an abortion! I know there are some that are ok with it. But there are others of us that thought we would be ok but were in no way prepared for the emotional loss. I feel as though this process was too easy to get into. I was unprepared for the violent pain of the misoprostol...at one point I was peeing, shitting, bleeding, and vomiting all at the same time. I then bled for weeks after. My period is still not normal but I'm pretty sure I just had one. The pure emotional pain has impacted my life and my relationship. I never want to go through this process again, and I feel sorry for the naive women with similar values that may stumble into this process as a last resort or out of fear.

Hey Jane is an amazing team of people here to help you through the process. I never felt alone. I could ask questions to a nurse whenever I needed to. There’s a forum where you can share your story and read other women’s stories who are going through what you are going through and who have the same thoughts and emotions. I was nervous of course but after completing the steps and taking the medication I made it through the other side safe and happy.

Getting in contact with a medical professional from the comfort of your own home was nice. It was nice to always have someone there to message if I had any questions. And not having to step into a doctors office was nice.

Process was easy and thoroughly explained. Team is great and easy to talk to.

I had a peaceful experience when going through my abortion and am very grateful to the members of Hey Jane. I would recommend Hey Jane to any woman that must make the choice to have an abortion. Sometimes it’s a difficult decision, but Hey Jane made things simple and created a beautiful, caring, safe and nonjudgmental environment for women.

Wow... I can't believe this level of choice and privacy is possible. A huge thanks to all the dedicated women who've made HeyJane's simple, supportive process possible for people like me. Choosing to terminate if it's a really personal and difficult decision and this made it much less difficult. The actual medical process was much more gentle than I expected. I hope to never need to use hey Jake again but if I did... I would feel much less anxious.

Works well and great customer service that’s there if you need it

It was my first pregnancy, and to say I was scared was a complete understatement. The process with HeyJane was literally so easy and I didn't feel nearly as alone as I would have going to an actual office (that would have torn me apart). The doctors were amazing at following up and walking me through the entire process, and even my thoughts and heartache afterwards. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be pain-wise either. I think the pain was pretty bad for only about a day, more like an afternoon about 3 days later, after the initial abortion was over. It's really not as scary as it may seem. I promise, you'll be okay.

Quick and easy definitely gets the job done. No need to worry about shame in the comfort of your home.
