I was skeptical about Hey Jane because I’ve never heard of the company before but after I found out they had price adjustments based on income, I decided to give them a try and HIGHLY recommend to others. Their packing was so discreet, I was worried it would have too little or too much where it looks like something is hidden, but it’s completely normal shipping that doesn’t raise any eyebrows. It’s quick, anonymous and their aftercare is very attentive to your needs. I can’t say enough.

Hey Jane is easily accessible and quick in a time when time is of the essence. I really appreciated all the information I was provided with every step of the way and it helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety during that time. Hey Jane was there for me when my OBGYN made me feel bad about my decision. I have health problems and could not carry another child. My provider at Hey Jane was attentive, understanding and nonjudgmental.

For a process that’s typically scary and opaque, Hey Jane could not have made it more clear and comfortable. Being able to do everything at home was ideal. The instructions were comprehensive and communication frequent and responsive.

I answered questions, paid my fee, had my medication within days. Instructions were clear and never had to talk to on the phone which was nice. I had message support that was within minutes. Follow up reminders and instructions were sent a few times a week but not too many. I hope i never have to use the service again but if i do I would certainly come back to heyjane. Only thing I wish is they accepted more insurances but I’m sure that is more the insurance fault than theirs. The discretion and non judgement was worth the money though.
